What it is?
A PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor) script that works with the U.S. Postal Service to calculate the average number of days it will take for a Priority Package to arrive at a Destination Zip Code.
System Requirements
An HTTP Server (Peripherally Apache).
PHP version 5.0 or later configured with "--with-xml" (If not instaled by default).
A U.S. Postal Service Web Tools user account. See www.usps.com/webtools.
